Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Rules by DOM Robert: If cancelled by DOM Robert (it happened once so far) = Full Refund, yet DOM Robert is not responsible for any of the related costs – like dungeon, and travel costs. Cancellations by subs: Free = 48 hours and earlier before the Session, later cancellations may be charged at the value of the Session; in the case of bundles - proportionally 1/10 or 1/5 fee of the total price of the bundle. In the case of bundles, one late/no-show cancellation per bundle included
