Service Description
Your booking opens a time balance that can be used for - real-time online sessions, - text exchange e-mails, - task assignments, - video task assignments, - video reviews and responses, - and my response custom assessment videos. You get charged only for the time used. You can use it all at once, or we can play several times. Example: Starting balance: 22 mins. You send me your 2 min video. 22-2 = 20 mins left on your time balance. I respond with a 3 mins long video 20-3 = 17 mins time balance left.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Rules by DOM Robert: If cancelled by DOM Robert (it happened once so far) = Full Refund, yet DOM Robert is not responsible for any of the related costs – like dungeon, and travel costs. Cancellations by subs: Free = 48 hours and earlier before the Session, later cancellations may be charged at the value of the Session; in the case of bundles - proportionally 1/10 or 1/5 fee of the total price of the bundle. In the case of bundles, one late/no-show cancellation per bundle included
